Welcome to Milesaway Cottage Milesaway Cottage is a neat and tidy self-catered holiday home in the heart of beautful Bright. Located at the end of a kid friendly court, we hope that you enjoy your stay miles away from home as much as we do! Milesaway Cottage is fully equipped for your stay and has been freshly set up to appeal to holidaying families, couples or small groups. The lounge room is comfortable - a wood fire helps keep the house nice and cosy during those cooler alpine times, and an airconditionner keeps those hot summer days at bay. There are some board games in the cupboard, some books on the shelves, and a TV with DVD player to keep everyone amused. It's a short walk to the general store where you can rent the latest films! The DVD player also plays CD's and is a radio too. Enjoy! Better still - wander up to town by the side of Morses Creek and bring back a paper and some fresh, warm bread rolls...

Milesaway Cottage is a short walk alongside Morses Creek to Bright town centre - this walk takes us over the pedestrian suspension bridge which the kids (young and old!) seem to really enjoy. Follow Morses Creek for another 100m or so to its confluence with the Ovens River at the towns ever popular swimming hole complete with water slide and diving board. Lovely! This is also a great, kid friendly path to the new Bright skateboard park and the Bright visitor centre. Milesaway Cottage is central to many tourist attractions in the Beautiful Bright area and an ideal base for your touring holiday.
